Mike Harrison

Mike Harrison joined BT in 1985 as a trainee technician, attending Suffolk College to gain an ONC and HNC in electronics. He then went to UEQ and gained a first class degree in Electronic Systems Engineering.

Since returning to BT, he has worked in a variety of areas including Call Minder, speech recognitions systems, inbound services and more recently in the Customer Networks Research group.
