Complete Broadband System Support (CBBSS)

The Complete Broadband Service Support (CBBSS) theme is addressing emerging problem areas within Broadband such as marginally stable connections and wireless connectivity. The aim is to take a more lean systems approach when things go wrong, prevent waste by processing faults more efficiently and effectively. By doing this we hope to devise ways in which BT could enhance the Wholesale service experience whilst differentiating the Retail service experience.
