Piotr Cofta

Piotr Cofta is a Chief Researcher in BT's Mobility Research Group at Adastral Park. His research interests include technical and social aspects of identity, security and trust with special focus on opportunities in convergent environments, mobile commerce and rapid innovation. He received a PhD in computer science from the University of Gdansk, Poland and, before joining BT in 2005, he worked with Nokia and the Media Lab, Europe. He has contributed to many international standards and is a member of the BCS.

Piotr leads the Identity Enablers research theme.
